Please note that the result of this guide is an FSC environment that connects with the FSC Demo Group. This environment is not suitable for production purposes. The configuration described in this guide should not be used in production.

You should at lease consider these things when running in production

• In production PKIo certificates are required. It is important to track the validity of the PKIo certificates and renew them on time because the renewal process requires manual validation most of the time. Expired certificates can break existing Contracts.
• The PostgreSQL database should be hosted in a High Available way.

In this guide, we work towards offering an API via an Inway. We request (and grant) access to that API and query that API with a client via an Outway. All the components of the OpenFSC are installed on a Kubernetes cluster (Haven).
